What is better double end bag or a reflex bag?

Recently been looking into getting a reflex bag but I've heard bad things about them. Would I be better off getting a double end bag? I have a heavy bag and a speed ball already, but am looking to work on accuracy, slipping and reflexes. Thanks for any help!

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
