Can you make money transfers out of Nationwide Smart Account to an account with a different bank?

I have a smart account with nationwide and I would like to transfer some money over to my grandparents bank account and I can't find anything online to tell me whether I can / how I would do it. Can someone explain to me please it would be much appreciated.

What is a VPN?
