How to get rid of windows 8 and put windows 7 on?

I hate windows 8 so much, I would do anything to get rid of this abomination, i can't run any programs that i download. I have windows 7 on my other laptop but it has no screen, because i put my fist through it! How would i put the windows 7 from my old laptop onto my new crappy windows 8 laptop?
